Taking classes with Boston Seirenkai has been a great experience and some of the most fun I’ve had. Everyone here is friendly and the overall environment is very positive and encouraging without being too easy. Being part of this dojo truly feels like being part of a family.
I have been coming here about 2 or so years and highly recommend them. It’s such a nice atmosphere combined with strong teaching. Adam and Victoria definitely provide personalized training according to the students levels and ability. I also really enjoy the self defense emphasis and the way they teach the katas really allows a person to learn quickly.
I’ve enjoyed getting to learn karate here, and also that everyone is friendly and it feels like a community! Adam and Victoria (the teachers) are both very nice and give good, constructive advice. I came in having no karate experience, and very little martial arts experience in general, and they were fine with explaining in as much detail necessary to accommodate for different levels of students.
